Dear Friends,

CICRIN (Centro Infantil Cristiano Nicaraguense) is an orphanage on the island of Ometepe in Nicaragua.  The orphanage is directed by Costa Rican missionary, Helen Vindas.  There are presently 28 children at the orphanage and more are continually arriving. They are being fed 3 hot meals a day, clothed, given a place to sleep, and taught pre-school or taken to the public school every day. But most importantly they are being given love, affection, and taught the difference between right and wrong. These children are taught about the Bible and participate in daily Bible Studies.  Their facilities are meager by US standards, yet these children are extremely happy and full of love.  They have much better living conditions then all of their neighbors and the children are genuinely thankful to be able to live at CICRIN.

Thank you so much for your contributions and prayers for CICRIN.  Many exciting changes have recently occurred.  Many of the buildings have been repaired, a basketball court was (which the children love) was built, a food-storage room was added on to the kitchen, and a larger water tank was constructed.  Thank you so much for your support.

Karina is the youngest child at CICRIN and attends pre-school.  She is extremely loving and enjoys playing with her sister and her friends there.  She loves singing, dancing, and acting silly.  Won't you please consider sending a donation to support the orphanage, bettering the lives of Karina and her friends?
You can make your tax-deductible check to Christian Ministries International.
